Photograph was taken in February of 2024, in Ranthambhore National Park in India during the golden hour (as the sun sets). The sunlight is falling from behind on this male sambhar deer with a beautiful antler. The picture highlights the antler and the ears as well as falls on the back of the deer. there are trees in the background, some branches and grass all around the deer.
